The DCP we deliver will play at any professional venue, but the reality of film festivals and short film programs is the equipment isn’t always top of the line. If the venue or festival can’t play the DCP, let us know within 30 days and we’ll give you your money back.

Forward the venue technician’s e-mail to hello@shortfilmdcp.com within 30 days of delivery. You get the full amount you paid, returned to your original payment method through Stripe.
