Refunds

If your package doesn’t play at your venue, you get a full refund. Email hello@shortfilmdcp.com within 30 days of delivery.

Every package is checked with Clairmeta (101 checks) before you get your download link, and this house spec has played at Cinéma Public, Montréal. The guarantee covers your package failing to play at your venue. It doesn’t cover a change of mind, uploading the wrong file, or wanting a different spec than the one house spec we build.

We don’t offer a re-encode, free or paid, as a remedy. If your package doesn’t play, the remedy is a refund, not a redo.

Email hello@shortfilmdcp.com within 30 days of delivery. A full refund is the full amount you paid, returned to your original payment method through Stripe.
