Will it play at my venue?
Yes. Every package is tested before you get your link. If it doesn’t play at a professional DCP-ready venue, simply forward us the venue technician’s e-mail saying so and you get your money back.
What do I actually get?
A DCP isn’t a video file. It’s a folder your cinema’s server plays, named the standard way. Send your file as it is. We set everything else.
Is my film safe?
Your file is private from upload to delivery, and there’s no account to create. We delete your master 7 days after delivery. Your download link works for 30 days.
What do I do with it?
Download the zip and keep it in your own cloud storage. When a festival or venue asks for your DCP, send them the link. They unzip it on their end.
